The CCCIA is here for the benefit of those engaged in construction related industries in the City of Cape Coral.
We have a strong coalition in Government affairs, promote both educational and professional development, and present a unified voice for the construction industry in Cape Coral, Florida.
The CCCIA hosts several community events each year, including: Annual Builders' Roundtable, Builders' Showcase & Home Show, Golf Tournaments, Joint Mixer with Lee BIA, Formal Holiday Party, and the Installation of Officers & Awards of Excellence. These special events provide an environment for relationship building in an relaxed, enjoyable setting.

Working for our members and for Cape Coral...As an advocate for the construction industry, The CCCIA has benefited the residents of Cape Coral by closely monitoring impact fees, ordinances, road projects and long-term growth issues. It is estimated that a savings of $4,000 per new home has been realized over the past five years due to The CCCIA's involvement. Members of The CCCIA enjoy the benefit of our status as an "industry watchdog" as well as our working relationship with the City of Cape Coral and the Lee County Building Department.
