• Establish an Oversight Committee of industry representatives to make recommendations concerning DCD Budget/Process issues.

Commercial Alliance

• To educate and inform the membership about commercial contractor issues.
• Chair:  Fritz Sullivan

Construction Site Theft

• To affect change and educate CCCIA membership on issues relative to the prevention and prosecution of construction site theft and vandalism.

Events

• To coordinate industry events, including sponsors, attendees, theme, and logistics.

CCCIA Green Council

• To educate and keep the membership of the CCCIA updated on new trends and developments within the envelope of green building initiatives.

Liaison Meetings

• To improve the efficiency of and participation in Liaison Committees.

"AIM"

• To support and grow the membership of the CCCIA, and increase industry and public awareness of the association and its scope of work.

Unlicensed Contractors/Owner Builder/Workers Comp

• To reduce unlicensed work and increase enforcement, and direct policy to assure that Owner Builders are legitimate.
