Impact fees.
Those two words make every contractor grab for their wallets.
Our presenter tonight refers to impact fees as “the crack cocaine of politicians”... he would know since, as mayor, he brought them here.
Even though he is known as “the father of impact fees”, he has always fought for them to be equitable and, most important... legal.
Has he changed his mind about impact fees? Does he now understand the error of his ways?
