The Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA) is here for the benefit of those engaged in construction related industries in the City of Cape Coral. We have a strong coalition in government affairs, we promote both educational and professional development, and present a unified voice for the construction industry in Cape Coral, FL. Together we are a powerful voice!
Working for our members and for Cape Coral as an advocate for the construction industry, The CCCIA has benefited the residents of Cape Coral by closely monitoring impact fees, ordinances, road projects and long-term growth issues.
Members of The CCCIA enjoy the benefit of our status as an "industry watchdog" as well as our close working relationship with the City of Cape Coral and the Lee County Building Department. We keep our members educated regarding changes in local, state and national regulations such as pool safety requirements, FEMA issues, and International Building Codes.
